It is such a bizarre feeling to rationally understand I have an anxiety disorder.
I used to fetal on the couch worried ill die. But now its "you are Worried!" to which I go "No i'm not???" And i just ignore it while my body shakes.
I still GET all the symptoms, I just UNDERSTAND they're meaningless.

I'd guess they mean it appears to be belonging to like, a Clergy member. Like the difference between someone wearing a Cross or Rosary versus wearing a Priests outfit or Bishops hat. Given its describing a veil, i'd assume its basically "its looks like a religious uniform more than just a garment."
