There are so few cons in Perth that when one is held its impossible to get in becoz of the insane crowds. The line of the one i wanted to go to today is sooo long and has only worsened over the last hour, which means theyre crowd capping. This is why i cant have nice things #stupidperth #lonelyotaku

“You don’t look sick” Thanks that’s the goal. But here is what you don’t see. I cancel plans, I rest for hours after a shower, I forget basic words mid sentence, I grieve a version of myself barely remember, fight everyday against a body that doesn’t cooperate. It is not just tired. It is chronic illness.

I don’t think ppl understand the whole “who cares if nobody likes it! make content for yourself” is extremely dismissive
Bc we ARE making the content for ourselves but it feels /bad/ when people don’t engage or show interest. You can care about both at the same time
