Never watched this as a kid but it's the kind of late 80s/early 90s commercial slop I ate up when I was 5. The villains are, of course, the most memorable part. Some guy calls himself "The Cloak" but he just wears a cape w his regular clothes, and his sidekick is just his wife who uses her real name
