Stuff like “you shouldn’t feel guilty canceling plans” morphed into something closer to “you should feel good canceling plans.” Stuff like “you should be able to cut toxic people out of your life” edged closer to “find reasons to see people as toxic enough to cut out of your life.”

E spends most of each night in our bed still. We move her to her bed in the girls' room but it only lasts a few hours before she's back in with me 😴
