I started working on my photo book today for our holiday photos. It's hard to choose!

It was a big plate of roasted veggies for dinner- they were topped with feta-a few slices of lamb backstrap, and a few oven chips. I have left over veggies for lunch tomorrow.

Roasted vegetables including zucchini, sweet potato, eggplant ans onion garnished with feta. A few oven bakef chips and several slices of lamb are also on the white plate.

I think you could also use a potato masher. You want the bread still chunky. I can still taste it!!!!😋

They did say not to use a blender. Do you have a potato ricer? I looked up an alternative to the food mill and I read you could use that.

We are having leftover soup for dinner. I got hubby all excited as I said I would make cheese scones. But then I realised we don't have any cheese or flour! 🤣🤣🤣 He's very disappointed.

My daffodils didn't flower this year! The leave came up but no flowers on any of them. Very disappointing.

I seem to have a lot of purple/blue in my front yard this spring. It's very vibrant.

Weeded the back garden, watered it all with seasol, planted some herbs and lettuce.
As you can see it was exhausting for some. I'm sure I could easily fill my days if I retired. Alas, if I want more holidays I still have to work.
