The Democrats greatest failure was not obliterating the Filibuster during Obama's first term.

It needs to go. And I agree that losing it right now would be devastating.

Hence Democrats failure. They could have passed real positive legislation over the last 16 years without it.
Excess of testosterone is easily controlled now. There are multiple anti-androgen drugs on the market for exactly that issues.

Lots of prostate issues are treated with some mix of them as blocking T usually shrinks the prostate.
Suffragettes turning towards fascism gives some insight into the weird world of women upholding the patriarchy.

This is just one article. There is a lot of others out there.

TERFs are a more modern version of women supporting the oppression of women to "protect" women.

These British Women Fought and Won the Vote. Then They Joined the Fascist Movement.
The women did make tea for the men, but they also received training in jiujitsu so that they could throw people out of meetings.

It is 💯 acceptable to have conflicting feelings about relatives, parents, relationships that end.

One can mourn a passing and find relief.

Wishing you the best as I've seen firsthand how losing a challenging parent can be difficult on many levels.
I don't know a single trans woman that would select non-binary in place of female if given the option.
Other options across studies included
Female
Male
Genderfluid
Agender
Genderqueer

Not one of the studies cited included
Trans Woman
Trans Man

And the author thinks trans identifying people would select nonbinary instead of male or female...

These people are bigots and idiots.
From the article

"I sent Kaufmann a direct message today, asking what the data in the chart that he posted to X this morning was supposed to signify. He replied: “It’s non binary but I believe a trans person would tick that box.” I strongly disagree."
Your feet are you zoooooom!
They're afraid of being called anti-military.

Which is fucking hilarious because Republicans have for years fucked over veterans and service members alike.

We're poised to spend 1 TRILLION dollars on the military and 27 Democrats don't have the stomach or spine to stand up against this bullshit.
@alsobrooks.senate.gov this vote is disgraceful. Your lack of conviction to protect trans people and minorities is a disgrace.
Just pointing this out for anyone unaware of the differences.

NDAA is "must pass" defense spending. So Dems caved instead of appearing "anti-military" they were anti-trans youth healthcare for military families.

They were wrong to do so.

Here's hoping they've grown a spine since then.
The bans in the NDAA only affect military personnel, medical care and facilities.

They aren't blanket bans across the nation.

Not saying that's good, it's horrific.

The bans proposed in the general spending bill are what could affect national insurance and other federal policies for everyone.

Monday with a hat trick and Cantore with the filthiest back-heel.
Up until last years NDAA bill they did defend against federal anti-trans legislation.

The problem is that one capitulation isn't seen as compromise by the right.

All the right sees is a crack they can leverage for more anti-trans measures and they now know Dems will give in to some degree.
Lol, that would make more sense.
They caved on the previous NDAA bill. That resulted in the first national ban for trans youth care.

Though it was limited to the DoD, it was still a capitulation to continue defense funding.

It also banned pride flags from being flown at embassies.
The use of bold would be hilarious if they weren't so obsessive.
Strongly worded letter on very official looking paper incoming.
So gov't says Colleges can't use race because it supposedly disadvantages groups, but ICE can use race for targeting minorities.

And now the Government also says it wants to use identity to target and disadvantage individuals/groups.

I await SCOTUS' ironclad logic when bending the knee again
