There are treasures in that list!
I’ve gotten more pages in response to this one woman than all the men whose files I’ve received combined.
Follow the instructions for what to do if someone isn’t in the database. No guarantees they’ll have anything, but it’s worth a try.
I send you images to record books (written in Hungarian or Czech—but if you can read cursive English, you can read these) and excel templates. You extract info like names, places and dates into spreadsheets. And then eventually I get that onto JewishGen for people to search.
Spending my day off today indexing more!! If anyone reading this wants to volunteer, I can get you started so we can help others searching for their families.
Looks like @reclaimtherecords.org had to fight to reclaim their name. Follow them on their actual account to see how they score records for us all!
They say imitation is the highest form of flattery. So we're like super-flattered right now!

But as you can see, our shiny new BlueSky account name is @reclaimtherecords.org -- meaning it's verified with our long-time domain name and our DNS records.

We're the real deal, accept no substitutes. ;-)
Yay, that’s awesome! Looks like it says Beatrice Borisov?
Time to order it and see what it says!!
