It just occurred to me that hitler used a horrible economy to create a fascist government, while trump is using a fascist government to create a horrible economy.

What's stupid is someone running around in a cowboy hat who never rides horses. Or someone wearing yellow sunglasses indoors. Or someone who goes on Laura's show trying to be relevant.
Or someone, you know, judging how someone else lives their life not hurting anyone else.

Man, I hated Reagan's policies. He was the first major contributor to our country's budget deficits. Spread war overseas and corruption.

And 'outrage' was the right word. I was trying to think of what was bothering me about this, and that's it. Some of these poster's are acting so disgusted, as if Katie killed their dog. It spreads this aura of authenticity; "They wouldn't be so angry unless something was really wrong here".

Yeah, somethings going on here. I'm going to keep a closer eye out for manipulative behavior.
And I'm not pro or anti Katie Porter. I just feel like we're getting jerked around just like maga lets themselves be. I'm not going to just sit around and let other people tell me what to feel.

Can anyone tell me why Politico is running a smear campaign against Katie Porter? They've ran several articles using 'anonymous' internet posts as evidence of character issues. That's not reporting. What is going on there?

Exactly. I've seen this in other posts. There's one interview where she gets frustrated, and one interview where she gets angry. There's no other documented evidence that I've seen, yet lots of different people are piling on. Interesting that it's all coming from Politico.
