My boss had to reluctantly had to follow through the order and fire me no matter his pleas on letting me stay but his position was threatened too. This is not his fault, this was out of his hands, it was mainly the upper management's decision.

In short; My boss has told me that his boss (upper management) does not want me to work with them anymore

Previous times I was notified about my appearance, I've done the effort of changing it so I can stay there and listened to the order, but to no avail.
