In April, U.S. District Judge William Campbell dismissed most of Hunt’s claims against the SBC and Guidepost, citing inconsistencies in Hunt’s account & his inability to show Guidepost didn’t do its due diligence. Campbell is also presiding in Sills' case. www.tennessean.com/story/news/r...
