and i had a bit of an anxiety/panic attack a while ago before the meds and distractions worked so i decided to draw. it's nice to do digital painting because it's fast and easier in a way but i have been thinking about taking my acrylics out to paint card sized stuff lately

i should probably put my adhd meds on break for now because i feel like they sometimes affect my vision and tbh they might make the anxiety worse but they have still been like.. one thing to help during days to not make myself explode completely but idk i just need to endure, endure, endure
