And iirc the biggest "anti" PS movement comes from the execs that give themselves 30% bonuses and raises every 12 months. The FedGov needs to pull rank and take the crown corp back and get rid of these freeloaders. Let it truly be a public service without the asshats at the top ruining it

I really hate that people keep saying "Canada Post is a public service and doesn't need to be profitable"...

No, it was until '81. Then it turned to a crown corp with a mandate to be profitable.

The rhetoric needs to be "Canada post needs to be a public service again".

Technicalities matter here.

Well this is weird -
In grinding for items in Castlevania Symphony of the Night I have noticed Alucards pos + weapon + enemy pos has a seemingly repeatable drop rate?

Either that or I am super bloody lucky and the game gave me 2 1/1024 drops near back to back because I've had a super bad week 🙃

Fun nonsense fact (for the unaware) for why i think they can get away with this...

Non-freehold space you only own the volumetric space within the confines of building so the windows, and probably balcony, are technically theirs.

Which sucks because non-freehold stuff is actually "affordable" 😞

Unfortunately, as i believe the issue with CanPost is mostly the execs, if the gov tried to intervene and get them back to PS you'd probably see an attempt at a weird fire sale by said execs to ruin any chances as well as an attempt to destroy CanPost.

Back when Charlie first started he released a short lets play video for Sumotori. So did I. We had the same cadence and such. My video was on his heels but I went "Ah man, dudes doing my schtick" and I bounced.

Had a presentation at work today about what good AI could do for us...

In a 1hr presentation MS CoPilot rejected the same prompts from the previous test run and then hallucinated a random user was the creator of the current project despite the presenter saying it was the owner.

He blamed settings

Econ 101 of being rich my dude -

If you have a large amount of capital the bank will just give you money. You can then take that money and reinvest it directly back into your company thus raising the valuation of your company.

Thus allowing you to take more money out and keep going.
