This needs to be bigger news.

The British government has voted to pass Amendment 22, banning the misuse of workplace NDAs in the cases of discrimination and harassment.

This will be the most comprehensive law around NDAs in the world.

It’s time to regulate the misuse of NDAs #nspoli

The house voted to pass amendment 22 to ban the misuse of NDAs in workplace discrimination and harassment cases. Now onto Royal assent.
