In one of their videos (I wish I had time to dig it up for you, but I found it on their website), there was mention of a county in CA that had unusual data that could indicate fraud benefitting Harris. They are non-partisan. They call out what they find, whatever the result.

Pretty sure he had help. Voting machines can be hacked, as attendees of Def Con have demonstrated for years. Elon said voting machines are computers and any computer can be hacked. Elon knew who won hours before anyone else announced results. I could go on...
