I knew that following up the last one was gonna be difficult but dude they didn’t even try. Half of this movie is just footage taken directly from the first and the other half turns Kayako into a complete joke with not a single scary moment.

Can't say I'm a fan, unfortunately. While the action, violence, and aura farming were really cool, the story and every character not named Blade weren't. This thing ABSOLUTELY did not need to be 2 hours long dawg.

Pretty great! I can't really call it anything extraordinary, but I still had a really good time with it thanks to the strong cast and simple yet gripping world and story. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on these final upcoming chapters.

How the hell did the first Grudge already blow every Ring movie out of the water??? This movie is genuinely really spooky and has some great moments (as well as some really fucked up ones like holy sht-) so I'd actually recommend this one!

Feels good to watch something genuinely great after all that Ring slop. Host is one of the scariest horror movies out there and it uses its unique way of framing to create one hell of an unforgettable experience.

If you like the spookies, its a must watch.

Watched Host with some friends on Discord

After the last few horror movies I've seen were as much fun as watching paint dry, it's nice to watch them that made me actually feel scared lol
Great use of its main gimmick that feels super authentic with the bone-chilling suspense. Give it a watch👍

And this one is... really good? Very solid story and good scares, plus getting to see more of Sadako's past and how she became what she is today, alongside a genuinely great third act and ending? Damn, wasn't expecting to get my new favourite Ring movie out of this one.

It sure is the second best Ring movie so far. Unfortunately, that still just makes it decent at best. It had some good scares and actually attempted to follow up on the first one, but there's still not a lot to it.
