As much as I hate city driving, the Twin Cities are as gorgeous a metro area as you could ever see. It's nice to visit the Como Conservatory in January and sit and read and let the warm humid air reconstitute the insides of the nose. Or the Ski Center, since the bandshell cafe keeps changing hands

Costco business center has big boxes of cubed goat meat (as well as whole carcasses). I've thought about getting the cubes and using it for stew or skewers over the course of 6 months or so, but it's a bit pricey.
