The important bit in the Res Act to me is that Governors have a way to override a potus. It's frustrating isn't it?

However, a Governor can call His/Her NG to Protect His/Her Citizens from a wrongful presidential decision. Gov Shapiro/PA just did that yesterday calling himself the Commander of NG
