literally anything you can muster the energy to do (do it poorly, too!! who gives a shit!!) that puts you in the present moment. anxiety lives in the future what-ifs, it can't live in the present moment when you're focused on what is. 🩷🩷🩷 call someone you love, you're not a burden, you deserve care

go sit outside and watch the nature in the 5ft surrounding you, hold things of diff temperatures and notice the sensations, do a crossword or sudoku puzzle, draw a bunch of lines on a page, snuggle your pet giving them 100% attention, lay on the ground with your legs up the wall, go to a bookstore

We know when our brains tell us there's only one option, they're lying because they're stuck in fear mode. If you can tap into any creativity or curiosity about anything, that might help shift things a bit. Ex: get dressed like it's wacky tacky day, do your makeup, bake cookies, scribble out the sad

to CREATE a phenomenon. everything was designed, planned, choreographed, rehearsed. it didn't just fall into place - she meticulously positioned each piece. and that's why I'm totally fine with TK being featured in this docuseries - he is an important part of the story she told on this tour.

It was on the NH podcast but they were talking about how she could be a ref for the NFL with how much knowledge she has of it now and she said "give me 16 months" to get to that point

I'm ready to see her burn it all down, but I think the 16 months comment on the podcast is her timeline. This year is her honoring her career in her own words & power, ending the Era. Next year is the start of a life without constant reinvention and performative identities. Hang on a little longer.
