Yea, like in retrospect, Infinite had a good hook with being a vehicle to satirize the worst parts of American Exceptionalism as an ideology but its ultimately undercut by not really unpacking the more uncomfortable truths about systemic racism

Daisy gets done so horrendously dirty in Burial at Sea where any semblance of her autonomy and agency is violently ripped away from her when its revealed that she's essentially doing stolen valor.

Compare this to the more recent Wolfenstein games which actually does hate its Nazi villains profoundly while also pulling no punches regarding how difficult, guelling, and taxing it is to destroy the regime at a societal and systemic level.

Honestly, the biggest problem I have with Bioshock Infinite is how it really just wants to say "Racism Bad" and not really wanting to unpack and explore that topic in depth, and it expects praise for doing so.

That is Samantha Strong from Beneath The Trees where Nobody Sees, she's a middle-aged hardware store owner who sometimes goes out of her home to the big city to abduct and kill people because she's a very skilled serial killer.
