it’s world mental health day so remember that it is okay to not be okay and it is okay to get help! you can not always see when others are struggling so check in with your friends and your family! mental health is just as important as physical health! your mind deserves the same care as your body!

Today is world mental health day. I just want to remind you all that you are loved beyond measure.Every time you look at a sunset or sunrise and go “wow that’s so beautiful.” Remind yourself that that’s how people see you as well. Be gentle with yourselves and kind to your heart you’ve got this.

Despite Melissa’s hurt and pain she’s never failed to show up for us and give us the love we need even amidst her own struggles, that to me is a kind of strength that’s extremely rare to find in a person- to find someone who will always give themselves 100% no matter what they’re going through ❤️❤️
