If you/anyone in your immediate family snores you should look into testing for sleep apnea. There are companies that can send you an overnight test for it and then you pay for a device that fits your needs. Takes like 1-2 days to get used to and then makes a huge difference from what I’ve heard!!

Banning use of rulers in art class is like banning copy paste at a desk job. It makes absolutely 0 sense not to use the tools we have to do things… sorry that happened and best of luck working on your art!! Like everything practice and passion are what make an artist, you got this 🙏❤️
