Bananza is my GotY by a mile, so specifically my kind of game. That said, after some time with the DLC you can 100% see DK Isle was supposed to be the post-credits surprise that they cut & sold to us for $20. It was the one reveal I wanted when I beat it, and it existing but behind a paywall sucks

My only Bananza nitpick, ending spoilers in the alt text

This game does essentially everything better than Odyssey... except it doesn't have a post-credits level like the Mushroom Kingdom/Peach’s Castle reveal. Reaching that was one of my favorite game moments in the last decade and I was really hoping we'd be getting a little DK Isle or New Donk "Layer 0" to explore/destroy when he returned home. Simply returning back to the prologue area was a bit of a bummer, but that's on me and my expectations I suppose. Long live the King (K. Rool)

It's nice seeing the Gorillaz back in the zeitgeist for a moment. My big flex is that I was at the first US show Del preformed Clint Eastward with the band back in 2017 and it was incredible 💪
