If AHCA was such a failure, why has it been so hard to repeal? Why has it been so hard to get rid of? Why is the only way it can be brought down, is to tax/defund it. Even THIS shutdown
is meant to hurt those on AHCA.

2018 Republicans take control over the Supreme Court. 2020 Solidify that with 6th Justice. Control attained 2018 - Current.

Republicans controlled House in 2014 and President. Gained Control in 2016 over Senate and lost the house due to special elections in 2020. Controlled House/Senate 2-3 years.

In that 11 years of nearly 2/3rd control of the bodies of government. Culminate in the Supreme courts conservative 3-1 since the last 15 years started.
