Just out of curiosity, I thought Congress was the one that provided funding? Also, the bailout is just trying to stabilize their currency so dudes from the US that invested in Argentina don't get crushed by a currency devaluation. That's the real story. FYI, see Treasury Secretary.

CA has to VOTE to approve a Gerrymander for 5 lousy seats, while NO REPUBLICAN led state has to do so. So while millions are spent in CA, quietly, 20 seats will be lost to Rethuglican efforts in TX, NC, IA, IN, MS, AL, FL, etc...
