Most exchanges require users to verify their identity. Law enforcement can subpoena an exchange for the identity of the person associated with an account if a wallet consistently sends or receives funds to/from it.

I agree, most inmates over 70 could probably be released without a negative impact to the community, however, without adequate elderly housing and services, many will end up on the streets.

Thank you, I am the parent of an autistic adult. I feel the ability to articulate when this is happening and why it’s happening is vital for the support system to be able to jump in and help. It’s not always an obvious thing.
