Honestly, it's very likely they are gonna do movies based on Next Generation.
Me neither, but considering it was 9 years since Beyond a movie while good, it didn't earn much, I don't think it's suprising they are gonna do restart anyway.
I know people are gonna mainly clowning on PS5, but persoanlly I'm more amused that 360 is the only Xbox concole here.
Highest-selling video game consoles ever 🎮
so the reaction to the remakes would be "why should I watch film I already didn't like the first time".
"Why instead of remaking good movie, they should remake bad one to make it good this time"
Because aside of obvious money and marketing, audiances do not give up about bad movies, and if they do they already form negative feelings on them,
Overall, this is such a shitty thing to do cause it makes situation awkward for everybody involved. For David, his fans who were happy for it, list originaisers ect.
Two answers
1. They are David's stan fans who want to prop up his name by inserting him on the list
2. Trolls who want to discredit the list in how they can just put anyone there (which honestly, this was a giant fuck up on list part for not doing proper check)
3. they are pro-israel trolls.
So, UPDATE about this. Turns pit it wasn't David himself but some troll who pretended to be him. That's fucked up on so many levels now.
Man, just imagine if Stargiant would ever make a take about Invincible or MAWS. These shows' way of handling secret identity was already controversial and SGP take would have been so stupid, even people who would agree would say it's dumb.
Look, you can love this scene as much as I have right to criticise it. That's how subjective opinions work.
... I'll be honest. For me, this scene gives me the exact same feeling as starship scene from The Rise of Skywalker. Fun scene for fans to clap and point fingers, but in execution it comes across shallow and corporate.
Ryan Raynolds is a huge fan of Deadpool and one of the reasons he wanted to do the movie, cause of how Origin Wolverine screwed him over.
And if you wanted the biggest example of what I'm reffering to... Star Wars fans. I think that should speak for itself.
And to put, understanding =/= not being a fan. Cause I'm not gonna throw accusations ala "people who made this show, never watched the anime" or "they hated the anime". You can still be a fan of something, but that doesn't mean you fully understand the appeal of the IP.
The more I look back and Cowboy Bebob, the more I don't see justification in defending it at the time, cause it's clear it was made by people who did not understand the original anime.
People geniunly accuse of being a zionist just because he's jewish. Here, that's prove he is Superman.
DCU’s Superman actor David Corenswet has reportedly signed a petition urging a boycott of Israeli film institutions accused of supporting genocide and apartheid against Palestinians.

Ok, so if they will make new one, it's gonna be called "Godzilla: Plus One".
The #GodzillaMinusOne sequel is officially titled ‘Godzilla: Minus Zero’ 🎥
Honestly, If I can comapare other game character as a "Ben Reily" of their franchises, well, fighting games have a lot of these.
I COULD agree with you, but the thing is, Apollo was actually still relevant in later Ace Attorney games, even if when Pheonix came back as a poster boy. Marvel just dropped Ben right after clone saga.
It's funny how season 3 Tranformers cast was seen as controversial at the time, and yet there's one character that became a mainstain and had the most apperances since, and that's Arcee... mostly because she became a go to female rep of the franchise.
If I'm going back to reading Chainsaw Man, honestly, it's going to be in volume form. I tried to read it weekly, but it felt like each chapter was only progressing story just a little bit. Idk, if it's a recent issue or it's always a thing with weekly releases, but the pacing just isn't there.
I'm not sure if Devilman was in any way inspiration for Chainsawman in some way, but after reading Grimoire manga, those comparison became so blantant to me.
3. it has element of tragedy and death
4. very unsubtle social and political commentary, especially in regards to war
5. ofc the big spoiler in both cases (pic for those who read the manga)
