I just feel sad for the trans women on there...
Thank you! It so much is a product of the swelling but I won't pretend I'm not basking in the compliments.
I've actually looked into ways to try to make my scars on my abdomen and my legs from older surgeries there *more* prominent but didn't find any good ideas I liked.
Hahaha right?? But so much of it is swelling and them sitting high.
Loool no I had a couple nerve relocations, 3 nerve releases, and a fasciotomy of all 3 compartments. Chronic pain is mostly gone! But i love my scars.

I prefer transsexual, in part, because I think it explicitly pushes back against the "biological sex" bullshit that is used to discriminate against all of us. I fully support people using different terminology, but that's my relationship to the term.
I'd lose both of those fights. Large-ish fox? A not particularly healthy coyote? But I like those critters a lot.

Knife fight with an easily discouraged assailant might work as a good story.
I don't think it's the surgery itself and the pain that would kill you, but the inevitable infection from amateur autosurgery.
Left arm scar update. Looking good. Had this surgery in mid July.

Peep my feet weirdos. Gotta do my toenails soon.
I love your piano compositons Jemma! (cute sweater too)
I love meeting other Madeline's and Madeleine's ๐Ÿฅฐ
I would be if I didn't have a typo that made it say the reverse of what I meant. ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ

But you get what I mean. Especially since we talked before lol
*DOES LOOK SIMILAR

ARRGHHHH typos sorryyyy
I think it stands to reason that we should feel free to be proud of our scars we earn in our transition too.

And of course, no shame to folks hiding, minimizing, or removing scar tissue too. No one right way to go about it.

Love yourselves.
Paraphrasing what I said before to you here since it might help others:

But as a mom with a lot of mom friends, this doesn't looks similar to a lot of c-section scars. And i know people can have complex relationships their scars, but I have friends who are proud of theirs because they earned them.
