1. Correction we are allowed to check for RIF Notices since they’re personnel actions however most aren’t or think they can’t.

2. Update I saw a number of more than 400 at HUD.

3. They appear to be eliminating entire positions. This prevents reassignment.

Positions being targeted are in FHEO, CPD, “Operations” think comms, admin etc. & a smattering of others (inspectors and housing counselors).
