How many deaths will it take for Damian to agree it's genocide? I've seen figures of 200,000 quoted. Plus the injured. Machado's Nobel Peace Prize confirms that the West has lost its moral compass. Maybe it never had one. Cathy Wilcox 👇

Sadly, the head of Local Gvt who supp 3W lost his mayoralty tho he's still head of LG. As Alexa Cook ptd out, mayors of councils with double digit rises lost. Mayor of Clutha retired. He regrets his 4% rate rises bc it's left them with a huge catchup bill for water

Farmers forget, there are no cows on a dead planet! Artificial milk will undercut our dairy because cheaper milk powder will be adopted by business. Eg Milk pdr is used to keep potato chips from sticking.

Robert Reich says airport controllers are the key. Last time, when they called in sick from stress, first big planes were affected, then private planes. When ppl can't fly, esp high flying biz men, they get pissed off & phone their congressmen.

And yet 25 electorates said no to Maori Wards. I'm bitterly disappointed in NZders & disgusted by our leadership. We abuse the generosity of Maori.

Country quota 1881-1945 made rural seats 25-28% smaller bc they are the backbone of the nation! When Lab reversed this in 1945, Fed Fmrs was so angry that they threatened to stop town supply. They felt entitled then & do now. 100% Pure NZ! Yeah, nah. 🤑🐄

In related news I am presently transcribing a podcast episode covering the OECD's report "Tax Policy Reforms 2025". And guess what Denmark did? Introduce a carbon tax on agriculture aimed at reducing CO2 emissions from agriculture & forestry by 30% by 2030.

5 relatives in my family died in WW1. 3 in one family, the Rudkins. When we toured the war cemeteries in Belgium & France, I visited them all save one bc his body was never found. His name is engraved on the Menin Gate. I find it disheartening our leaders are rushing to rearm. Never forget.🪦

The daughter of a woman in my bk group transitioned. Her mother sd, ever since she was small, her dghter hadn't felt right in her body. So based on that, I'd say parents aren't the driver. Georgina Beyer was always v grounded & we've just elected our 2nd trans mayor.

I was stunned to read that Gerry taught Maori at Ellesmere College. Yes, parliament is a Epn institution, but hey, it's 2025, this is AotearoaNZ, time to adapt the protocols. Gerry looks like a toothless buffoon.

Yes, we have advance voting too. However, our present RW coalition gvt has chged the rules for enrolments. The last gvt let prisoners vote & ppl cld enrol & vote even on voting day. Now enrolment's been cut to 2 weeks b4. Late votes mostly went to LW pties. This gvt's limiting enrolment to help them

I never joined FB, but I did leave Twitter after they limited me. I'm still confused about what I said that crossed their line as I don't post offensive comments. I took it as a sign from the universe to leave.

Unsurprisingly, neither Finlayson nor Palmer had kind words for Act leader David Seymour’s failed Treaty Principles Bill. The former described it as an attempt to “replace long-standing, well-defined principles with what would be described as vague constitutional statements”
