Unfortunately with melanoma the damage was done before I reached 20 so best I can do is to monitor it.

New dermatologist who bulldozed me. Skin cancer may return but I’ll get monitored by gp & a new dermatologist. The original one couldn’t even be bothered to read the referral. Oncologist bulk billed me. So only cost time & parking. Ho hum. I’m over doctors!

Good. Had an appointment with an oncologist, but don’t need to go back. Just see gp & dermatologist. So that’s very positive.

Can you use water? I make quite a few soups (minestrone, Mediterranean lentil) that use water, there’s enough flavour in the other ingredients. You can always season at the end if needed.
