Dot 5 along with Roy Castle was a 2014 Caol Ila, 100% Proof (57.1%) , Edition 49, 10 y/o single malt by independent bottler Signtory Vintage, matured in 1st fill Oloroso Sherry Butts, unchillfiltered and natural colour, from Islay and costing £45 a bottle #Blinddrams.

#BlindDrams 5 dot Palate: thick meaty arrival, some sweetness, some spice. There’s hedgerow berries, figs, dates and prunes. A heavily salted BBQ steak and some lime zest.
