Back to back win for the first time for Amorim.
We beat Liverpool first time since 2016 at Andield.
First away win against top opposition for a long time.
You could just feel that Liverpool goal was coming.
We just need that second goal.
Having a competent keeper in the goal makes the defense looke even better.
I expected more from Liverpool in the midfield but i am surprised. Happy that we are winng at the moment though 😁
Before that dragged shot from Isak i forgot he was on the pitch. That must have been the first time i heard his name.
I realized we moved away from playing out at the back and pretty much just boot it up field. The last few games suggest this. Not sure i like it as the opposition gets the ball quicker to come at us. It's an old style of playing but has its time too.
We need more control of the game. We struggling to keep hold of the ball at the moment. Seems like we depending on counter-attacks though.
If we are overrun it comes down once again to strange selections by Amorim but let's see.
Today's confirmed starting lineup. Why Maguire over Yoro though? He slowness against fast attackers is the weakness here.
Nope, plus i didn't single out any team or player. Just mentioned that football in the 90s and early 2000s was way better than now.
Looking back at some oldies EPL clips and realizing how backward football has gone. Proper football played back then with real rivalries and no football divas like our current time. Those were indeed the glory days. Now football is robotic with less passion, commitmment and flair.
Mount masterclass today.
Seskso with the 2nd goal and he is 2 in 2.

Mason Mount with the opening goal today.

Lammens having a very good debut and showing us what we been missing from a keeper who is confident, and not afraid to come off his line and actually hold the ball.
We finally get to see Lammens in goal today.
Yea, he never gets into trouble and looks like a descent player when he just came in under ETH until he got that injury that sidelined him for an entire season.
Lol, so if he fits in why would you want to sell him though?
Thoughts on Malacia back in the first team.
