I don't know about you but I'd rather have the most talented people working for me wherever they choose to live, rather than having to select from a limited pool of candidates who could commute to an office location. 3/4

We can't say "You're going back to the office because it's better for collaboration" without evidence backing that statement up.

In today's day and age, people can work with a company that's in the same city as they live in, or work with a company that's located in a different country. 2/4
