When my kids learned to ride bikes, there was a ... lot of screaming, mostly at me. They were not ready. Now we bike to school every day. Ready is now second nature.

A creative community is more than friends. It's people you trust because they GET you. I can't say enough how much this makes a difference when you're in your creative cave. That's why we do a training in our community on upleveling those good conversations.

So, I use motion for task management. Out of the box it's pretty great... but I wasn't using it. Then I had one of my team members show me how to make it work with how _I_ work. And it's suddenly more useful than ever.

When Tamsin and I decided to combine our powers and create the Creative Habit 2.0 Workshop, we knew it couldn't be a lecture. Because habits and creativity are bespoke AF. I have a habit of training jiu jitsu on weekday mornings, doesn't mean you should (I mean, if you're curious, DM me)

So, look, there's methods to avoid this outcome and Tamsin and I are presenting two Sept 22-24. We learned a lot from our last successful workshop and are making this even easier to digest and get results from the work.

And willpower will only get you so far. My wife will cringe when she reads this, but you can't just "raw dog" creativity (sorry Chloe). Burnout will happen... unless you have frameworks to keep moving even at slow times.
