Well its easier if youre on Android. Just grab the latest PS3 firmware from Sony's site and add it to a ps3 emulator,load your rom,but let it compile for 15 minutes(shader and yextures need to load ahead of time or you'll get black screens when playing.) After that your games should play ok.
