It is sad and obscene. Trump thinks the White House is his personal property to be turned into Mar-a-Lardo North. He thinks the entire country belongs to him and he can take and destroy whatever he wants. The GOP would let him dam up Yosemite and put a golden Trump statue in the Lincoln Memorial.

The removal of the historic East Wing and the money being spent on an ego driven Trump vanity project is obscene. We do not need Trump or his ballroom. We need science research, education, parks, health care, good roads, the arts, air safety, the preservation of historic treasures, intelligent life.
