Two days ago was HMS Trincomalee's 208th birthday. Launched from the Bombay shipyard, India, 1817. As Britain’s oldest warship still afloat she never saw combat but undertook many duties that included policing, protection, and exploration. Now birthed here at the National Museum of the Royal Navy.
