Why aren't we talking about prosecutors? If someone is suspected of a crime, they're charged by prosecutors. Or do you prefer a system of just allegations with no charges or trials?

Democrats never expected a Republican administration would be elected? Ever? Republicans have opposed the ACA since before it was passed. Sounds like the Democrats weren't very smart in the scenario you described.

As you know, the Biden and Trump administrations released info this year, as did the Congress. Pretty much all that is left are court-sealed info (which the admin requested to be released but was rejected) and private victim info.

The House of Representatives has already passed the resolution that would end the shutdown. Senate Republicans are trying to get Democrats to agree to end debate on the bill so it could be voted on. The President would sign it immediately if passed. Republicans have done 99% of the work.
