So, with my life now upside-down due to circumstances, I really really don't know when I'll return to #Justanimals and writing at large, especially since JA never made much money.

I was originally going to start looking for a new job around now, before my father's diagnosis.
...using postybirb.

It'll also help me with getting on podcasts, because I have a nice mic I'd like to use.

For those wondering, I've been using my parents' 10 plus year old desktop and RN it's barely functioning. So..a laptop will really help XD

So, here's a positive thing that could happen in the future:

I plan to get a laptop with Christmas money (hopefully a budget gaming laptop, but we'll see).

This, in turn, will help me upload my previously drawn comic pages onto other sites I haven't posted on before...

Don't worry, I don't think I'll quit writing/fiction-creating at all. I just don't want to push myself right now. There needs to be an adjustment period.

Don't stop believing in me! :)
It's not so much me not being in the mood for the grind, but also all the loose ends that need to be tied up post-his death, not knowing what my financial situation will be, not knowing how much my free time will be cleaning and fixing up the house, ect.

It's funny how heavy metal, medieval historic fiction, dark fantasy fiction, gothic fiction and horror fiction all share so many tropes amongst themselves! XD

And yes, if you're wondering, my dad did know about #Justanimals before he died.

I texted him a link to my webtoon as well as my Patreon. Never knew what he thought because it was a private text which we never spoke of in public but I'm sure he loved it
I also let him see drafts of short stories I haven't completed yet. He seemed to like those too :)

I'm going to miss him, but...

He repented and believed in the sacrifice of Jesus, so I know in several decades I'll see him again ✝️
He fixed things that were broke around the house. He had gardens in almost all of yards.

We could go to the boardwalk together, just me and him.

And the movies, just me and him.
He was the one who would want to watch movies my mom was never interested in.

He knew about the existence of my favorite movie (Brazil) years and years before I discovered it.
