Honestly, I have no idea. It’s apparently being run by a music artist, and the channel has also aired shows like Clifford, Sesame Street, Netflix's Magic School Bus, and movies like Happy Feet, Avengers: Endgame, 2017’s Beauty and the Beast, among other random foreign and public domain stuff.
