I would also say that the state of Israel’s decades-long insistence that they both represent all jews and any criticism, including clearly legitimate criticism, of their actions equals antisemitism has only served to endanger jews around the world.

Probably not billed per call but based on staffing, and you can imagine if they’re paying $20-25 an hour for US-based staffing, the contractor’s probably charging $60-70 per hour. 4-5 calls per hour would be about $15-20 per call

I think the fact that it's NYC is significant. NYC, and specifically the history of the Jewish people in NYC, directly disproves the central lies of Zionism. And as I thought about when I saw Zohran speak about NYC as a city of immigrants, it's the city my immigrant ancestors chose (not Israel)

I don’t think it was really that big a whiff, final tallies are going to be close and some polls in the last few days had him ahead. I think he just surged in the last couple of weeks and the inherent lag of polls didn’t start capturing it until the last few days.

I've never spoken to a doctor or health care provider that doesn't hate the current insurance system.

I know a retired surgeon whose main news sources are OANN and NewsMax but supports single payer.

If the U.S. government is going to take the position that, once removed from the United States, folks can’t be brought back, then it sure seems to me that federal courts should be reflexively and categorically barring *all* removals until they’re 100 percent certain that the removals are lawful.
