The little Odate Pig on the back… I’m so heartbroken, this genuinely looks like an interesting doujinshi, but someone took a BITE OUT OF IT

If there’s ANY positive to come from this is that I now realize I need a different skin tone for him, and that the one I was using wouldn’t have worked anyway. Going to go for a pinkish tone similar to what I used for Kyokanchin

I was hoping to get at least one prototype plush done, but the design kept shifting and getting ruined. Now, I have three incomplete designs that I can’t finish, and a broken embroidery machine that keeps breaking needles (one hit me in the face lol)

Spent four hours working on Dowalski plush only for my embroidery machine to break. Not having a good night.

how it started vs. how it's going
Screenshot from episode 1 of Time Bokan. Marjo, Grocky, and Warusa are inside their house, with Marjo clutching a Dynamond as she explains her plans to rule the world... Screenshot from episode 20 of Itadakiman. Inside their mecha cockpit, Yan-Yan and Dasainen are getting completely wasted. Tonmentan does not approve.

when i was a kid i didn't understand how this worked and i thought every CD that was manufactured had to have a monster put onto it. like they'd go up to ringo starr or whatever and ask him what monster he wants and he'd say "ouhh this DEfinitely has a "Battle Rocks" quality to it! peace and love.!"

After watching Otasukeman, Dowalski has become one of my favorite muscle henchmen. I think he’s tied with Ondore as my favorite, but I need to watch the rest of the TB series to make a proper judgement. I’ll probably watch Yattodetaman next ^^

YOUR ANALYSIS IS SO GOOD… IT’S SUCH A GOOD FINALE BUT AT THE SAME TIME I’M LIKE (THRASHES A LITTLE) USHHDHD

Time to watch the Otasukeman finale (I don’t want it to be over) (I will probably cry)

Kiramekiman is only featured in one-two pages depending on the magazine, but in this issue, Puff appears in the little activity section ^^ No Lip though, which is a bit odd.

I want to buy more of these magazines (I believe there's a couple more with Kiramekiman pages like this one) but they're getting harder to find, and I have to be selective with my spending right now. It can be hard finding them with all their inserts intact too 😭

Kaitou Kiramekiman, from the August 2000 issue of TV Magazine. The full magazine will be scanned in the near future.

Cross posting: Does anyone know what this is? It’s from Ruby-Spears, but the seller says that Tatsunoko Production was involved too. Looking up “Power Rockers” in English turns up results for an entirely different cartoon.
