Dr. Menaka Sarav taught us CKD nutrition - then we cooked it! 🌮 At the YNHH Teaching Kitchen with Chef Danielle & @drchefnate.bsky.social, fellows made 5 taco recipes from meat/seasoning packet to veggie with mushrooms/beans. Compared nutrition & taste. Healthier won both! Only one bandaid needed 🩹
