Don’t really have much else to say that won’t get into spoilers and my criticism which will go in a different thread. Overall, I can’t wait to see how the story develops from here. Kudos to the tmnt team!

+balancing the high paced action, somber moments, and everything in between. As for the story itself it’s another Mikey centric issue- and I’ll admit my bias that it’s already got points bc he’s my fave Mikey. He shines in this story - an emphasis put on being unapologetically himself

Tmnt issue 9. Goes without saying that the art is fantastic — the paneling and layouts are unique and engaging, the facial expressions and action top notch. Ferreyra’s one of my favorite tmnt comic artists of all time now. So many sequences elevate Mikey’s character through his balls to the walls+

Finished new tmnt idw issues (MN+mainline) it’s a shame that mutant nation’s being canned after issue 9, it does a really good job of keeping the cast from b4 the reboot relevant+fleshing out the new status quo of New York. Overall I liked both stories. Thoughts on main issue below (1/?)

More Props i did for TMNT mutant Mayhem. Bebop’s boombox is very loosely based on Radio Raheem’s from Do the right thing.
Also included here are 2 juke box options for the bowling alley scene and Mondo Gecko’s skate board.

Trying to get myself back in the doodling habit outside of my required drawing tasks, and... oh dear, it's mostly angry Raphs. hum. #TMNT #kobbart

A series of four digital sketches of Raphael the ninja turtle, in the artist's personal style. They are shaded with monochromatic dull red watercolor.
The first sketch shows Raph with a bloodied snout, holding a sai in his right hand as he wipes blood off his face with his left. The second sketch shows Raph catching a Foot ninja's sword with one sai while he stabs him in the torso with the other. The third sketch shows Raph doing a spinning jump kick in the direction of the viewer. The fourth sketch shows Raph crouching in a defensive stance, holding his sais in a reverse grip to protect his arms.

A loose sketch of Raphael the ninja turtle, roughly in the style of the original Mirage comics. Blood coats his fists and lightly splatters his front and face as he repeatedly punches down at an unseen opponent, just past the bottom of the frame.

Juston Seyfert in 2025 makes me sad. He got blended body and mind alive and now he’s been stuck like this for who knows how long. He was a teenager before this. How many years was he stuck in that room? Everyone he knew and loved thinks he’s dead. Jfc
