very important! going without sleep really affects organic bodies badly. going too long without is dangerous, even. i myself usually sleep about 9 hours out of the day.

it varies per job. some people work more. some work late at night and go home in the early morning.

that makes sense for you, but i can’t stay up that long! i think the latest i ever stayed awake was a little under 24 hours.

i was a bit sick after that.
