Hopefully some of those hours are spent sleeping. But damn, if mine wasn't filled with nightmares of being poisoned by radioactive waste, swallowed by giant snakes and, the absolute worst, being at work and having multiple bosses telling me to do conflicting tasks at the same time.

Today in #LaborHistory 10/12/1892: Pledge of Allegiance was 1st recited by US school #children, without any mention of god. It was not until 1954 that the word “god” was added to it, to ingrain in U.S. children how much superior they were to the godless #communists in the #USSR.
