Hello again!

We are doing introductions?

I'm Dutch living in Madrid, Spain. I have been working on my own startup Nusii (online proposal software) for 10 the last 10 years.

I recently started to do some temporary freelancing on the side just for fun.

Hanging out with the doggy and indirectly with @briancasel.com and @justinjackson.ca after a short run while the kids are away for a few hours.

Hearing about 1000 different things and they all are interested and fueling my motivation for the upcoming week.

Thanks, before your post, I knew a bit what git worktrees were but never really thought about it being usefull, (except having AI working on 2 things at the same time, which I never do).

I think you solved my git commit 'wip' and git stash/git pop issues 🤣

Never thought of it like that, I think you are right about this one.

This makes it even weirder that we are constantly being seen as weird by other parents because we aren't giving our kids phones.

I might become this stereotypical old man screaming, but I’m so happy to have lived my teenage hood without smartphones.

It hurts to see that kids from 4 till 16 sitting together and the only thing they do is looking at those stupid phones.

lol! Yes that was also me. Sublime was just too good and snappy compared to VSCode. I just got a bit jealous of all the integrations and modern tooling (like LSPs, better AI tooling, etc)

You and me both! The ones that do use it, use it in a very different way. They love to follow up on proposals that aren't viewed yet, or are getting expired etc. And they love to integrate Nusii deeper with our API etc.
