It hasn't changed anything and it never will, the two main parties have been in charge for so long, companies and hedge fund groups got there claws in and are never letting go. Voting for the same two parties doesn't help. And it doesn't matter which, at least from what I can see you vote for.

Scientifically, we could get there. It'd take the piss, be a long trip and you could only send a maximum of three or four people. But it is possible. However, living on a dead world isn't. So, it's just a vanity project by the biggest con man in history, so he can leave a legacy, or something.
