Interesting. The augmented reality version of the Matrix at Cosm felt much more engaged with and respectful of the film than this. Cosm used the additional elements really thoughtfully where it sounds like this did... Not.
The regular docket is done for the term, this is on the "shadow docket," which deals with urgent issues that require expedited process. Think Bush v. Gore, etc.
I bet that it's he's mad about the "basket of goods" inflation calculation being bad, and wants to massage the data by looking at how groceries specifically dropped from some arbitrary date that makes him look "good"
Meat and potatoes in the sense that it's straight forward and earnest, which makes it all the more striking. It's the same way that a really good pilsner is an impressive beer - nothing to hide behind so it has to be excellent all around or it falls apart.
