Had a blast at the Witches in the Woods 5k! I haven’t #run an actual 5k race in a long time, but it reminded me I definitely need to do more! Came in 2nd in my age group! Aubrey came in a 1st in hers & 4th overall out of 322!

After 8 marathons I feel the toughest part is the roller coaster of emotions that come the days after finishing.

Felt great to start my day w/ a barbell on my back!

Had a great time cheering on Evan & Aubrey at The Culver Academy Invitational! Evan ran varsity & had a great time. Aubrey did as well, medaling by taking 7th out of 254 runners! Love watching them grow as #runners!
